1. Who can receive hospice care?

Any individual diagnosed with a life-limiting illness and a life expectancy of six months or less (as determined by a physician) may receive hospice care.

2. Can care be provided outside the home?

Yes. We offer hospice services in private homes, nursing homes, and assisted living communities throughout Grand Prairie.
